| Paul is a director of a construction company and also runs Paul Quinn Racing - a historic racing team. Paul has been a race team owner since 1995 with cars in Classic F3, ARP f3, Club F3, Thoroughbred Grand Prix, Grand Prix Masters, Historic Group C. He was also a project engineer for Pacific Racing Le Mans 97, Project Engineer Bowman Engineering US FF2000 project 1998/99. Paul started racing in 1982 when he was a Jim Russell graduate, 82-86 road and stage rallying. Toyota F3 87,88,89,runner up 90, ARP F3 runner up 91, 92 won series in 92. Some British F3 races 93. USA Barber Saab occasional races in 91, occasional ARP club F3 races 93 to date.
